PRELUDE TO THE DREAM RACE

Tony Stewart passed Kenny Wallace on lap 13 and went on to win the Prelude to the Dream race at Eldora Speedway Wednesday night in front of over 23000 fans. Clint Boyer was second followed by Kyle Busch, Ryan Newman and Matt Kenseth. Jimmie Johnson, driving the Hendrickcars.com car finished 10th.

The proceeds from the event went to support four military-themed charities: Wounded Warrior Project, Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, Operation Homefront, and Fisher House. These four charities all cater to severely injured military personnel or fallen heroes and their families.

This is the second year in a row that Stewart has won the race at his home track. There will be replays throughout the week and this weekend.
