My wife just bought a new Compass and with in 24 hours she found defects and didn't want it any more. She contacted the Salesman and the Sales Manager and received the worst customer service she has ever had. They said she could not trade it for a different one and that they would fix it. She didn't want it fixed she wanted to have a new compass, she was told NO. They also didn't have the courtesy to call her, SHE had to contact them. And when she did talk to them, they made her feel like DIRT. I would not recommend buying from this NON customer service minded place!!!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF OF A DEALER SHIP. My sons car is in there for repairs for the same item, this is the 3rd time. The Jeep didnt even make it out of the garage this time!!!! Now they want to charge him 2K to fix an itme that is suppose to be covered by the warranty on the car. He was in there thurs to find out what he could do, told them he would come back over the weekend because he was going away and lo and behold he gets a call from the N. Charlestown police station saying his jeep was broken into while in THEIR CARE, at their parking lot and his 600 speakers were stolen!!!! AND NOW THEY SAY THEY HAVE NO INSURANCE FOR IT!!!!!

STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, DONT LEAVE YOUR CARS HERE, DONT BRING YOUR CARS HERE FOR REPAIR, AND DONT BUY YOUR CARS HERE. IF YOUR SON/DAUGHTER IS A SAILOR IN SC TELL THEM TO SHOP ELSEWHERE.
